Section 135-1-01 - Notice of meetings of the board of deposit
(A) The board of deposit has adopted this rule in compliance with, and under the authority of, division (F) of section 121.22 of the Revised Code.
(B) Any person may determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings and the time, place, and purpose of all special meetings of the board of deposit, by:
(1) Writing to the "Ohio Treasurer, Chair, Board of Deposit, 30 East Broad Street, 9th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215," and submitting an electronic mail address, by which all notices of meetings will be sent; or by
(2) Calling (614) 466-2160 during regular business hours, or
(3) Consulting the Ohio treasurer's website.
(C) Any person, including news media representatives, may obtain notice of all scheduled and special meetings of the board of deposit by sending a written request to the chair. Such written request shall include the person's contact information and electronic mail address. Notice of board of deposit meetings will be distributed to persons on the list at least twenty-four hours in advance via electronic mail.
