Section 120-1-18 - Reimbursement for guardian ad litem fees(A) To qualify for reimbursement in a delinquency case, counsel may only be appointed to serve as counsel or guardian ad litem in a case, but not in a dual role as both counsel and guardian ad litem in the same case.(B) Where an attorney is appointed to serve as both counsel and guardian ad litem in the same delinquency case, neither the fee for counsel services nor the fee for guardian ad litem services will qualify for reimbursement.Ohio Admin.
