Section 89-02-01-28 - Landowner assessment appeal to department

A landowner's appeal to the department claiming that the landowner will receive no benefit from the construction of a new drain must be made within ten days after the assessment hearing. The appeal must be in writing and must specifically state the facts upon which the claim is based.
