Section 89-02-01-09.9 - Time for determination by the director - Copies of decision

Unless the director determines the hearing raises complex or unique issues, the director must render a decision within thirty days of the close of the hearing. A copy of the decision must be served on all parties of record either personally, or by certified mail, regular mail, or email. The department will retain a certificate of service indicating upon whom a copy of the decision was served.
