Section 33.2 - Place of filing

(a) An application for a permit to purchase alcoholic beverages shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.

(b) An application for a permit to sell alcoholic beverages shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.

(c) An application for a negotiator's permit shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.

(d) An application for a plenary permit under subdivision (j) of section 33.1 hereof shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.

(e) An application for a permit by a summer licensee to store alcoholic beverages shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.

(f) An application for a special events permit shall be filed on a form and in a manner as designated by the Authority.
