(a) All Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) secure facility residents shall be entitled to receive visits.(b) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, OCFS shall develop written policies and procedures that govern visitation at each secure facility. These written policies and procedures shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7422.1
