Section 167.10 - Occupational skills program

Agencies proposing to offer an occupational skills program or an occupational and basic skills program with funding from SECGP shall comply with the provisions of sections 126.1, 126.2, 126.4, 126.5, 126.6, 126.8, 126.9 and 126.11 of this Title.
