The purpose of this Part is to establish standards of instructional quality for economic development skills training programs and entrepreneurship support center training programs pursuant to sections 200 (3) and 212 (3)(c) of the Economic Development Law, as added by section 17 of chapter 839 of the Laws of 1987.
