The following provisions of Subparts 145-1 and 145-2 of this Part shall apply to the Liberty Scholarship Program: section 145-1.9 (leaves of absence); section 145-2.1 (full-time and part- time study and remedial workload); section 145-2.2 (program pursuit and academic progress); section 145-2.3 (approved programs); section 145-2.4 (matriculated status); section 145-2.5 (in- State study); section 145-2.6 (theological study); section 145-2.7 (five-year programs); section 145-2.8 (noninstructional external degree programs); section 145-2.9 (accelerated study). All provisions of Education Law, section 602 shall apply to the Liberty Scholarship Program.
