Class enrollment will be allocated and distributed on an equitable basis, taking into account date of application, geographic location of the employing municipality and classroom space available. As soon as possible following receipt of a completed application, the applicant and the employer will be notified of the starting date of the course, enrollment and certification procedures, as well as all other requirements associated with travel, meal and lodging arrangements and expenses.
