Section 407.3 - Submission of the plan and annual implementation reports

(a) In accordance with a schedule to be determined by the commissioner, each social services district must develop and submit a plan and annual implementation reports in such format as prescribed by the department.

(b) Once the plan or annual implementation report is submitted to the department, the district must make it available to the public upon request.
