Section 91.16 - Uniform traffic ticket (tsleandd area)
(a) The commissioner shall issue uniform traffic tickets to all enforcement agencies in the TSLE&D area. Such tickets shall be the only traffic tickets to be used for arrests for, and adjudication of, traffic violations in the TSLE&D area. Except as provided in subdivision (b) of this section, each ticket packet shall consist of six parts, as follows:
(1) Part I (UT 3.3)--Simplified Traffic Information.
(2) Part II (UT 3.4)--Certificate Concerning Violation of Law Relating to Vehicles.
(3) Part III (UT 3.5)--Uniform Traffic Ticket.
(4) Part IV (UT 3.6)--Arrest Record.
(5) Part V (UT 3.7)--Enforcement Agency Copy.
(6) Part VI (UT 3.8)--Officer's Copy.
(b) Each ticket packet used in the Cities of Buffalo and Rochester shall consist of six parts as follows:
(1) Part I (UT 1.3)--Simplified Traffic Information.
(2) Part II (UT 1.4)--Certificate Concerning Violation of Law Relating to Vehicles.
(3) Part III (UT 1.5)--Traffic Ticket.
(4) Part IV (UT 1.6)--Arrest Record.
(5) Part V (UT 1.7)--Uniform Traffic Ticket.
(6) Part VI (UT 1.8)--Officer's Copy.
(c) The ticket packet provided in subdivision (b) of this section may also be used in the Counties of Erie and Monroe by any police agency which has jurisdiction in either county and also in the Cities of Buffalo and/or Rochester and, other than a county within the City of New York by any member of the State Police assigned to a State Police station located in Erie, Monroe or Suffolk County.
