After the consent form has been signed by a registrant and filed with the participating law enforcement agency which provided the form, a police officer or designated employee of that participating law enforcement agency or the registrant shall affix the rectangular Watch Your Car decal to the front windshield, passenger side of the vehicle, the circular Watch Your Car decal to the lower left corner of the motor vehicle's rear window, and the rectangular international decal next to the Night Program front windshield decal if the registrant has chosen to participate in the international program.
