Section 19.7 - Notification as to refunds and exemptions

The commissioner of finance agrees to notify the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of those registrants of whom he disapproves for refunds or exemptions of the tax. The commissioner of finance further agrees that said notification shall be sent to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles within 90 days from the date of such determination.
