Section 636-2.5 - Heightened Scrutiny

A Medicaid HCBS setting subject to heightened scrutiny, as defined in subdivision 636-2.3(c) of this Subpart, will be reviewed in the form and format specified by CMS, DOH, and/or OPWDD.
