Section 630.3 - Determination of eligibility for services in the OPWDD system

OPWDD shall determine whether individuals meet the criteria established in section 1.03(22) of the Mental Hygiene Law and are therefore eligible to receive services in the OPWDD system. OPWDD determinations shall be in accordance with the eligibility determination process described in "Eligibility for OPWDD Services" which is inserted into section 630.5 of this Part.
