Section 7.34.4.35 - STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF CANNABIS BY LICENSED PRODUCERSA.Storage: Medical cannabis, unused cannabis products, and cannabis-derived product waste shall be stored by a licensed producer in a manner that discourages diversion or theft, until such time as the material is transferred, disposed of, or destroyed in accordance with this rule.B.Disposal by personal production license holders: Unused cannabis, cannabis products, or cannabis-derived product waste that is in the possession of a qualified patient who holds a personal production license shall be disposed of by transporting the unused portion to a state or local law enforcement office, or by destruction of the material.N.M.
