Section 16.19.20.10 - REGISTRATION FEEA. The registration fee or renewal fee required by the Controlled Substances Act shall be as listed in 16.19.12 NMAC.B. Research applicants registered as a practitioner shall not be required to register as a scientific investigator if he is registered as a practitioner.
