Section 8:43G-17A.6 - Penalty

If the Commissioner determines that a general hospital has violated any provision of this subchapter, the Department may issue an enforcement action pursuant to P.L. 2005, c. 21, §2 (e), 26:2H-5g(e), and N.J.A.C. 8:43E-3.
