Section 8:43A-19.3 - Plan submission; payment of review fees

(a) Prior to any construction, plans shall be submitted for review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, to the Health Care Plan Review Unit.

(b) Review fees shall be paid, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:31-1.1.
