Section 8:24-8.7 - Salvaged foods

Only those salvaged foods which comply with N.J.A.C. 8:21-11, Dented Cans: Salvaged or Distressed Foods, Alcohol and Nonalcoholic Beverages and Industrial Mishandling, may be used or offered for sale.
