Section 7:25A-1.2 - Construction

These rules shall be liberally construed to permit the Department to effectuate the purposes of 23:2B-14, 23:3-12.2, 50:1-1 et seq., 50:2-7 through 50:2-10, 50:2-11, 50:2-12, and 50:3-1 et seq.
