Section 7:1G-6.8 - Decision-making agency on a trade secret claim(a) The Department of Health is authorized to approve or deny a trade secret claim concerning: 1. Information reported on the Right to Know Survey.2. Labeling a container with the chemical name and Chemical Abstracts Service number of the substance in the container.(b) The Department of Environmental Protection is authorized to approve or deny a trade secret claim concerning information reported on an environmental survey.(c) Trade secret claims for labeling and reporting filed with both Departments shall be approved or denied jointly by the Department of Health and the Department of Environmental Protection.N.J.
