Section 7:19-9.1 - Scope and authority

This subchapter, adopted pursuant to the Water Supply Management Act, 58:1A-1 et seq., shall constitute the rules governing the establishment of a water surcharge schedule applicable during a declared state of emergency as mandated by Executive Order No. 5, signed by Governor Thomas Kean on April 27, 1982.
