Section 7:13-19.2 - Timing of public notice of an application

For any of the applications listed in 7:13-19.1(a), the applicant shall provide public notice in accordance with this subchapter no more than 30 calendar days prior to submitting the application, and no later than the date the application is submitted to the Department.
