Section 5:23-12.7 - Licensing

(a) All elevator subcode officials and inspectors shall be licensed according to 5:23-5.5.

(b) Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Department under these rules shall be entitled to a hearing pursuant to 5:23-5.2.

(c) A licensed elevator subcode official or inspector shall be responsible for completing any continuing educational requirements imposed by the Department pursuant to this chapter prior to license renewal pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:23-5.
