Section 5:19-13.3 - Rights to a hearing

Any applicant aggrieved by an order or determination of the Department issued under these rules shall be entitled to a hearing as provided by law, provided a written request for such hearing is filed within 20 days of the receipt of the order or determination. Hearing requests shall be addressed to the Hearing Coordinator, Division of Codes and Standards, P.O. Box 802, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0802.
