Section 19:61-1.4 - Quorum

A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of the current members of the Commission. If the number of members is an even number, a quorum shall be half the number of current members plus one. If a quorum does not attend a session of the Commission, the presiding member shall adjourn the Commission, or, in the absence of all the members, the Executive Director or his or her designee shall adjourn the Commission from day to day.
