Section 19:75-8.5 - Review of major variance applications

(a) All major variance applications shall be reviewed in accordance with the criteria set forth in 19:75-8.3(a).

(b) The procedures for review of major variance applications shall be those set forth in N.J.A.C. 19:75-11.
