Section 19:25-8.12 - Time and place of filing reports

(a) All reports required to be filed must be received by the Commission no later than 5:00 P.M. on the date the report is due for filing in order to be deemed timely filed.

(b) A candidate committee, joint candidates committee, or political committee shall, for the period of time provided in 19:25-7.3, retain an exact copy of each report as that report has been filed with the Commission.
