Section 18:27-2.23 - Timely application; disposition of claim not filed in time

A claim for deduction not filed with the assessor or collector within the time limits prescribed in N.J.S.A. 54:4-8.1 3 shall result in the loss of eligibility for the particular year. No application for any previous year shall be allowed by the assessor, collector or municipal governing body.
