Section 18:27-2.21 - Veteran's deduction and senior/disabled deduction

Where a Veterans' deduction is granted to a claimant who also qualifies for the property tax deduction, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-8.4 0, the $ 250.00 Veterans' deduction shall apply in addition to this other benefit.
