The Division has been authorized, pursuant to P.L. 1999, c. 194 (supplementing P.L. 1944, c.112 (52:27B-1 et seq.)), to distribute State surplus computer equipment to local governmental units, boards of education, nonpublic schools and nonprofit charitable corporations. The purpose of these regulations is to establish procedures identifying surplus computer equipment eligible for distribution and governing the distribution of such surplus computer equipment to eligible recipients.
