Section 13:95-14.18 - Basic clothing issue
(a) The designated reception or other secure facility shall make sure that all juveniles are provided with a basic clothing issue, as deemed appropriate based on gender and weather conditions, subject to the approval of the Director of Operations.
(b) Additions to, deletions of and substitutions to the listed clothing issue shall be approved, in writing, by the Director of Operations or designee.
