Section 13:42-3.3 - Limitation, suspension, or revocation of permit by Board
(a) The Board may, upon notice to the permit holder limit, suspend, or revoke the permit of an individual who fails the written or jurisprudence examination.
(b) The Board may, upon notice to the permit holder and the opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1, limit, suspend or revoke the permit of an individual who fails to properly discharge his or her responsibilities.

Section was "Limitation, suspension or revocation of permit by Board". In (a), inserted a comma following "suspend", and substituted "jurisprudence" for "oral".
