Section 13:4-13.4 - Copying costs

The Division's fee for copying documents requested pursuant to this section shall be the same fee as is applicable to requests granted pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq. The Director may waive or modify this fee in the case of an indigent party or in other extraordinary situations for good cause.
