Section 13:35-12.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The rules in this subchapter implement the provisions of P.L. 1997, c. 347 (N.J.S.A. 45:9-37.76 et seq.), which created the Electrologists Advisory Committee under the State Board of Medical Examiners.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all applicants seeking licensure as an electrologist, electrology instructor, or an office premises license and to licensed electrologists, licensed electrology instructors, and licensed offices.
