Section 13:21-19.1 - Notice of intent; copies served on Chairman

A motor vehicle franchisor shall serve on the Chairman of the Motor Vehicle Franchise Committee an original and three copies of the notice of intent simultaneously served on existing franchisees pursuant to 56:10-19. Service shall be made in person, by certified mail return receipt requested or by regular mail.
