Section 13:20-31.14 - Back-up warning alarm(a) The following are the out-of-service criteria pertaining to the back-up warning alarm: 1. A school bus is not equipped with a back-up warning alarm; or2. A school bus is equipped with a back-up warning alarm that is not in proper operating condition. N.J. Admin. Code § 13:20-31.14
