Section 13:2-22.1 - Licensee training program established

All holders of plenary or limited retail distribution licenses issued under the provisions of 33:1-12 shall successfully complete educational training courses at such times, under such conditions, and with identified consequences for noncompliance, as are hereinafter set forth in this subchapter.
