Section 13:2-21.6 - Prohibited transportation; seizure of unlawful property

No alcoholic beverages shall be transported into, through or out of the State except in accordance with this subchapter. Alcoholic beverages transported in violation of this subchapter and the vehicle containing the same, are unlawful property and are subject to seizure and forfeiture by the Director in accordance with 33:1-66.
