Section 10A:71-2.3 - Designation of custodian of records

(a) The Chairperson shall designate a custodian of records for the Board, who shall be responsible for accepting and processing requests for access to government records of the Board.

(b) The address and other contact information for the custodian of records shall be posted on the Board's website, http://www.state.nj.us/parole, and otherwise made available to the public. The contact information is as follows:
