Section 10A:14-5.4 - Inmate accountability for State clothing issue
(a) Inmates shall be held accountable for their State issue of clothing.
(b) Inmates who mutilate, destroy, lose or alter basic clothing issue items may be subject to disciplinary action, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10A:4, and may be required to make restitution.
