Section 10A:14-5.2 - Bureau of State Use Industries/DEPTCOR
(a) The basic clothing issue, footwear, special clothing issue, bedding and towels shall be ordered through the Bureau of State Use Industries/DEPTCOR (see 30:4-95) .
(b) Thirty calendar days prior to the July 1 commencement of each fiscal year, the Administrator or designee at each correctional facility shall submit in writing to the Bureau of State Use Industries/DEPTCOR its estimate of basic issue items needed for the ensuing fiscal year (see N.J.S.A. 20:4-96).
