Section 10A:12-3.6 - Designation of an alternative to the Inmate Liaison Committee

The Administrator shall have the authority to designate an alternative to the Inmate Liaison Committee. In instances where a means of providing an alternate liaison between the correctional facility administration and the inmate population has been established, the Administrator shall submit written internal management procedures governing the existing alternative plan to the Office of the Commissioner or designee for written approval.
