Section 10A:10-6.5 - Role of the Administrator of the correctional facility

The Administrator shall sign Form III-Notice Regarding International Prisoner Transfer, and forward the application and the material required in 10A:10-6.4(e), in triplicate, to the Office of Interstate Services, New Jersey Department of Corrections.
