N.J. Admin. Code § 10:52-11.11

The total of all sample dollars in which identification, New Jersey residency, income, and assets documented by the alternative procedures described in 10:52-11.6(a)3, 11.7(a)3, 11.9(a)3, or 11.10(d) 3 shall be limited to no more than 10 percent of the total dollars sampled on audit. Sample dollars that exceed 10 percent on the expanded sample shall be adjusted in accordance with 10:52-11.15(b).
