Section We 204.01 - Applicability

Any interested person may petition the board to waive a procedural rule, or request a declaratory ruling on the applicability of any statute, rule, or order administered or enforced by the board, or may request an exemption of a rule or one or more of the provisions of RSA 482-B. The rules in this part shall apply to any petition to waive a rule, petition for declaratory ruling, or request for an exemption pursuant to RSA 482-B:13. Petitions for waiver shall apply to procedural rules of this chapter. Petitions for an exemption shall apply to the provisions of RSA 482-B and rules adopted by the board.
