Section Par 210.04 - Order of Proceeding, Testimony(a) Any person offering testimony, evidence or arguments shall state his/her name on the record. If the person is representing another person, the person being represented shall also be identified by name.(b) Testimony shall be offered in the following order: (1) The probation/parole officer and such witnesses as the officer may call; and(2) The parolee opposing the probation/parole officer, and such witnesses as the parolee or his attorney may call.N.H.
