Section Par 209.01 - Voluntary Production of Information

(a) Each party shall attempt in good faith to make complete and timely responses to requests for the voluntary production of information or documents relevant to the hearing.

(b) Where a dispute between parties arises with respect to a request for the voluntary production of information or documents, any party may file a motion to compel the production of the requested information under Par 209.02.
